The Battery Barn ships by the best available method.

In-stock items are usually shipped the same day if ordered before 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

The customer is responsible for shipping and/or freight charges.

We charge only what it costs us send the merchandise to you. There are no handling or surcharges added.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Please allow an additional time for weekend orders.

The Battery Barn of VA Inc. cannot be held responsible for non-performance of any third-party shipper.

Should any of your items be out of stock we will contact you for instructions.

If your order has not arrived as expected, we will be glad to either provide you with the UPS or FedEx tracking number or track the package for you and let you know the status.


Return Policies
All returns must have an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Contact us for the RMA number BEFORE returning any merchandise.

You may contact us by phone, fax or e-mail.

Items returned without a RMA may be subject less than a full refund.

Custom orders may not be returned unless defective.

All claims for damaged, defective, incorrect or shortages of merchandise must be made within 2 (two) days of receipt.

Other than manufacturer defect, all merchandise must be returned in saleable condition and in the original container or box for a full refund.

We strive to make sure our shipments are correct before they leave our store, however, like anyone we can make a mistake. If this should happen and you receive the wrong item, contact us and we will make arrangement to send the correct item and have the incorrect one picked up. If you change your mind or find you do not need the items, we will gladly refund the purchase price and tax if applicable, however the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Please obtain an RMA for this also.

Damaged Shipments
If your merchandise is received in a damaged condition, please indicate DAMAGED when you sign for the shipment. Keep the damaged merchandise, and please attempt to protect it from further damage. Contact us for further instructions.

If you find any concealed damage, please notify us immediately, but not more than 2 (two) days. This is necessary so we can conform with our shippers policy.
